Memory Care Services for Every Individual
Under new management, we now provide Memory Care services to the Centralia community! Our renovations and expansion is complete. Our specialized Memory Care neighborhood services seniors with Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia, and other forms of memory loss.
Services in the monthly base rent for Memory Care residents include:
- 3 daily meals, prepared in house
- 24-hour staff for supervision and assistance
- Medication management
- Snacks and hydration are offered (and encouraged) several times throughout the day
- Modified diets available (reviewed during assessment)
- Weekly housekeeping services
- Daily assistance with bed making
- Weekly linen services
- Weekly personal laundry services
- All utilities (except telephone services)
- Assistance with scheduling transportation to medical appointments
- Scheduled activities in the community bus
- Planned activities and exercise programs
- Regular monitoring for general health and well-being
- Apartment maintenance
We can assist in designing a care and service program to fit individual needs for living as independently as possible. Therefore, if the services included in the monthly base rent are not enough to keep your loved one living independently, additional personal support services can be added. The personal support services fee is based on the actual services provided and is determined following a personal assessment conducted by our professional team.
Specialty Care for Those with Alzheimer’s Disease & Memory Loss
Centralia Point is an intentional space. It is something you can see, feel, and hear. Our Memory Care rooms are designed to maximize comfort, safety, and easy navigation. We offer private rooms with full private bathrooms. We also offer companion suites that include a private bathroom. Your loved one can keep treasured belongings and keepsakes close at hand, which provide the reassurance of familiar surroundings. Our neighborhood is secure and protected. Our campus features a protected courtyard that promotes time out of doors and exploration. Family members are always welcome.
Our specialized Memory Care program is catered to every individual. The experience we provide keeps residents stimulated and engaged at the individual level; we don’t take an umbrella approach to dementia care. Consistency in everyday interactions and meaningful connections make a real difference in the lives of those with memory loss. Our community offers opportunities to connect with peers and health care professionals with ease. Staff know each resident by name. Residents build friendships with one another. The team at Centralia Point provides a loving, nurturing, and safe environment where all residents are treated with dignity and respect.

The building’s remodel included upgrades that were specific to Memory Care services. The purposeful redesign offers residents ample natural lighting, open activity spaces and less confusion. What’s more, our care staff updates charts and connect with one another using mobile devices. Therefore, noise levels remain low. Our hallways lack sound pollution, making for a calm and relaxing environment. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure the safety and security of our residents. We have a 24-hour emergency response system and individualized care plans to meet the specific needs of each resident.
